Orders normally are shipped out via UPS, USPS and trucks.

No delivery to Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico.

No delivery to FPO, APO, and PO Box addresses.

Note: 8.25% sales tax will be applied for orders shipped to CA. No sales Tax for other states.

 

Standard Return Policy：

A: Quality or other related returns: We do our best to ensure that the products we deliver to you are of a high quality, and in good working order and without defects. If you have received a product which turns out to be defective or otherwise of poor quality, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible, we will exert great effort to cope with the issue according to the status of the item with partial refund, full refund or return for replacement.

B: Non-quality related returns: We are not responsible for any return shipping costs in case that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase nor accidentally placed the wrong order after receiving the item.

 

Please note that order cancellation after shipment will be liable to the recall cost charged by UPS, which is $15.90. Contact us immediately if you decide to cancel your order.
